Rates and Payments
The Rates show online or advised over phone or in branch are rates at the time of your Booking.
Please note that any telephone bookings are not guaranteed unless booked through internet or in person at the hotel desk, prior to check-in date.
Any outstanding Room Payments (including optional extras)are to be made in full at the time of check-in for all reservations either made online, in branch or over the phone.
A valid Credit/Debit Card & Suitable PHOTO-ID (e.g. Drivers license, Passport) will be required during Check-IN. Cash Payments are accepted to pay for Bookings during check-in or for in branch reservations & Suitable PHOTO-ID (e.g. Drivers license, Passport) will be required during Check-IN or at the time of Booking.
All Rates shown online are exclusive to online bookings and rates may differ in branch and telephone bookings.
Your Booking
You cannot transfer or resell your booking (in whole or in part). If you transfer or resell (or attempt to transfer or resell) then Eurotraveller Hotel will terminate your booking and retain any money paid to us for such booking. We may also refuse to take any further booking from you in the future.
You may make a booking on someone else's behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that any customer in your booking complies with these terms as if that customer had made the booking & Guest ID may be required. You must ensure that you have booked the correct room and if any optional extra if required. Guest Occupying the room are liable for the payment of optional extras or additional purchases if no payment is received by the original booker prior to issue.
You can only make a booking if you are 16 years old or over. If you arrive at the hotel and are under 16 years of age you will not be permitted to stay alone.
Valid Card Details are required to make a booking. Invalid card details will result in room being cancelled. The same card used to make the reservation must be present at the time of check-in along with photo-ID to verify the card.
If you book ten or more rooms for the same night via Telephone, In Branches,E-mail or Online* we will treat this as a Group Booking. If you make a Group Booking, the following additional terms also apply to you :

Minimum 50% Deposit will be charged 7 working- days prior to arrival date. The deposit must be paid to prevent rooms being cancelled. Please note that this deposit is Non-Refundable under any circumstances. With *online reservations the first night for all rooms booked will be non-refundable and will added as part of 50% deposit that is required 7 working days prior to arrival date.

Any Outstanding amount must be paid in full in Advance or at the time of check-in either by the group organiser or by the individual guest at the time of check-in. We cannot issue room to a guest without full payment being received, under any circumstances.
Minimum 48 Hours is required to cancel any room and the deposit is non-refundable. In a result of a ‘No-show’ (Guest do not check-in & do not cancel) the full amount will be charge to card provide at the time of booking, if the room has not been cancelled 48hours prior to check-in date.
Optional Extra must be paid by the Group organiser or by the guest prior to receiving the service.
Any Damage not reported by guest will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.
We offer certain extras when you make your booking. The room rate excludes any extras unless we expressly agree with you otherwise as part of your booking. Extras are subject to availability and cannot be transferred to any other booking. If any extra that you have paid for in advance is unavailable upon arrival we will give you a refund of the price you paid for that extra. Extras are provided subject to these terms.
‘No-Show’ Guest who fail to cancel their room 48 hours prior to check-in date and do not check-in will be charged the full amount of the reservation from the card details provided at the time of booking.
Card used to make booking online or in branch will be required at the time of check-in along with a valid photo- Id. Failure to produce card or Id will result in payment being reversed and can result in cancellation of rooms, if you no alternative method of paying. (This is in place to reduce credit card fraud).
To pay remaining balance for your stay or booking in branch with cash, Valid Photo-ID is required and the hotel reserves the right to take a copy of the photo-ID.
*Free internet Access offer :
Majority of all of our branches are now offering free unlimited internet access in rooms. Eurotraveller hotel Ltd is not liable for technical faults with internet and no compensation/refund of booking will be given. Eurotraveller hotel reserves the right to refuse or remove offer at time. Offer at selected Eurotraveller Hotel Ltd branches.

3 hours free internet offer  is for 1 x 3hour voucher code per room per day of your booking.  This offer is not transferable to other reservations or for other dates or other guests. The voucher has no face valve and cannot be redeem for cash. 3 Hours internet voucher runs continuous for a period of 3 hours once activated by user.Voucher cannot be broken down into smaller 1hour  vouchers. Eurotraveller hotel Ltd is not liable for technical faults with internet and no compensation/refund of booking will be given Eurotraveller hotel reserves the right to refuse or remove offer at time. Offer at selected Eurotraveller Hotel Ltd branches.
Company Bookings
For All company booking made over the phone or online or in branch, must be made with a valid debit/credit card. If the booking with a company card (which will not be present at the time of check-in), a letter of authorisation will be required under the company letter head along with the booking (faxed or emailed), which shows:
Last four digit & Expiry date of the card
Name on Card
  Statement: I Authorise card to be charged ending in ‘XXXX’ for: X Nights
The Room Type must be stated (telephone or in branch bookings)
Statement: Please charge card or Optional extras: E.g. Parking or Breakfast or Bar Drinks.
You are responsible for stating the optional extra to be charge for online, telephone and in branch reservations on the company authorisation letter. Failure to do so may result in Guest paying any outstanding amount, which the will receive an invoice for them to claim back from their company OR they may not receive the service.
A company authorisation letter provides legal physical proof to charge the card provided, with out it being present at the time of check-in. If any changes are to be made to the booking, please contact the branch a new authorisation letter may be required. A new authorisation letter will be required each time a new booking is made.
Rooms Booked by the company will be provided to the guest. If the guest is satisfied with the room type or the hotel, or required optional extras, they can either pay themselves for a new room (subject to availability) or extra or contact their company as the hotel is not responsible for the room type booked. No Refund for the original room will be issued should you wish to change.
You authorise any damages caused by guests or outstanding amounts to be charged to the card provided at the time of reservation. Invoice for damages and outstanding amounts will be sent to the company for them to claim from the guest.

Prices Quoted at the time of booking online, over the phone or in branch are valid only at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change. The hotel reserves the right to change/remove Corporate Rates.
Valid Photo-ID will be required to be produced by the occupants and the hotel reserves the right to take a copy. This is to prevent other people occupying the rooms.

Telephone Bookings held by the Hotel branch are NOT Guaranteed bookings and hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking if no deposit towards the reservation has been produced, or if the guest is not contactable.

Check-in & Check-Out

You can Check-in anytime after 1200 hrs (noon) on the Scheduled dated of arrival. If you wish to check-in earlier a charge per hour will apply, depending on the branch. Early check-in is to be purchased at the time of check-in; however, it is subject to room availability.

NOTE: NEW CHECK IN TIME IS IN PLACE W.E.F 01/01/2013. If you have made reservation at earlier date you should follow stated check in time in your reservation ,i.e 1100AM for bookings made prior to 1st January 2013.

You must Check-out by 10am on the scheduled date of departure, to avoid additional Charges (See check-In Slip at the time of arrival). Extended Check-out can be purchased at the time of check-in at the branch (Maximum Check-out 3pm, Full rate applies thereafter); however, it is subject to room availability.
Changes to Your Booking
Amendments to In Branch bookings, will incur a £25.00GBP administration Charge each time a change has been made to the original booking, this includes Date, Name changes and room types. Administration charge must be paid at the time of reservation and a new confirmation will be issued. Please note that the rates provided at the time of booking may not be the same if the date is changed. Rate also varies depending on the room type. Any Changes are subject to availability.
Online Bookings are NOT transferable or changeable.
Statutory Rights: We have tried to ensure that any rights that you as a consumer have that are implied by law into a contract of this type (statutory rights) are not excluded or limited in anyway. If any of these terms conflict with a statutory right or the law changes and your statutory rights change, then the statutory rights will prevail over these terms.

Events Beyond our Reasonable Control: We shall not be in breach of these terms, nor liable for any failure to perform any of our obligations in relation to your Booking (such as the provision of room(s) and/or other products and/or services and/or extras) due to any adverse event, act, omission or accident which happens which is beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, interruption or fire (except by way of our default) or failure of (except by way of our default) electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures.
Our Liability: Our total liability for any loss shall not exceed twice the total sum we charge you for the booking. We shall not be liable for any losses that were not caused by any breach of contract or statutory duty or negligence on the part of Eurotraveller Hotel and we shall not be liable for any losses that were not reasonably foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed.
Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit our liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by our negligence or any other matter which it would be illegal for us to (or attempt to) exclude or limit.
Third Party Rights: A party which is not a party to our Contract shall have no right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
Law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time. The terms applicable to your Booking are those in force on the date of Booking (or amendment, as applicable).
Car Parking
Car Parking is available selected branches and in some cases maybe provided by third party providers. Car Parking Fees apply at Eurotraveller Hotel-Premier (Tower Bridge). Parking is Free at Eurotraveller Hotel- Premier Harrow. Spaces are limited, guest must contact hotel to reserve parking space, if not selected online during the booking process. Please contact branch for details or ask in reception about parking.

Should the Guest decide on using parking provided by third party providers, he or she enters and agreement with the provider. Information about third party providers are displayed in the car parks or public sign posts for on street parking. Valid Parking Tickets, for all car parks can be purchased in branch at the time of parking car & is the responsibility of the guest, to display a valid parking ticket, before leaving your car.

*(Baby Cots are available at some branches, Depending on availability) dependant on space Available in the room. Please contact the branch. To confirm availability of cot and room size)

All Rooms are Non-Smoking. If you do so, your reservation will be terminated and full tariff will not be refunded. Further more a Fine will be imposed, as stated on the branch terms & conditions at the time of check-in. The Fine Includes the cost of damage, specialist cleaning and the cost of room being out of commission, until fit for use. You authorise us to charge the card or deposit provided, used for the booking. Further more we may refuse to accept booking from you in the future.

Not Pets are allowed.
Wheelchair Access
We Provide Rooms for Wheelchair access, subject to availability, please contact the branch to make arrangements prior to booking, for availability and to notify them for health & safety purposes. Please notify branch receptionist at the time of check-in if assistance is required in a emergency situation, should it arise.
