We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most Commonly we use your personal data in the following circumstances:

Payment may be take from the card details at the time of booking or before arrival if stated at the time of booking for example Advance purchase/ Non-refundable Rooms.
  • – The details we have collected about you along with payment details may be used to charge for incidentals or damages that may be caused by you or any persons residing with or visiting you whilst at any of our hotel branches. Your personal details may be passed on to law enforcement authorities.
  • – Your personal data, Photo Identification & Gender details are used to Identify who you are to be used as a part of a verification process, so we know that room & information is used/given to the right person. If is also used in the event of emergency situations, such as medical or health and safety related scenario. It is also used to verify you are over 18 years of age.
  • – Disability information you provide is used to optimise the service we give to make your stay more comfortable.

How the data is stored & protected?
Data is store on a cloud server by eZee Technosys PVT. LTD. Accessible via eZee reservation system. (please visit their website for their full privacy policy)

  • – Our information is store behind a software firewall and Antivirus. Our Network is scan by Security Metrics as part of PCI DSS compliance.
  • – Web browsers used by our systems are monitored by our antivirus and firewall software.
  • – Our website uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) throughout the website.
  • – Credit/Debit card details collected by the websites booking engine are store with eZee Techosys PVT. LTD and are accessible by the hotel using a Token system. This token only be used by authorised member of staff that require your details to process your reservation and for other outstanding services/ incidentals. The same applies for all OTA’s we hold contracts with (For OTA’s privacy policy, please visit their respective websites).
  • – Card details collected in branch/ telephone/email are stored in the eZee reservation cloud system. Only accessible by authorised staff members.
  • – Hard copy of data are stored in a secure storage accessible by authorised staff members. This is required by law to be keep for Tax purposes for up to 6 years. It also allows us to retrieve information about your stay to settle any disputes or invoice requests.
  • – Card data is deleted 72 hours after check-out from our software database. This allow us to settle any outstanding amount for the reservation, incidental or damaged during your stay.

Other personal data will be kept on our database should you have opted-in for marketing, newsletter and offers. It is also kept for us to identify returning guest to make booking quicker and to give you more optimised service for your needs.

The OTA’s that we are directly in contract with;, Expedia, HRS, Odegio, Laterooms, Agoda and Tourico have their own privacy policy, which complies with GDPR. The OTA will transfer your personal data provided them to make a booking at the selected Eurotraveller Hotel LTD branch.   We will use the data to create your booking our system and may take payment according to the booking terms for you expected arrival.

Our website uses, eZee booking engine to make your reservation. eZee booking engine will collect all the required personal data to create the booking and send it to the relevant hotel branch on our behalf. eZee Technosys PVT. Ltd have their own privacy policy which can be found on their website.
